Almost

It’s raining here in Phoeix. I’m not talking the light drizzle we had earlier today, but really raining. It’s like pacific northwest rain.

As I was waiting to check in for my flight, I saw every business traveler’s worst nightmare. There was a group of highschoolers waiting to check in. Worse yet, they were a drama team. Imagine trying to sleep on a redeye with a group of teenagers laughing giggling, screaming, and shouting on the flight. This can not be a good thing. And then it hit me. These are drama students. I asked one of them which flight they’re on. THEY’RE GOING TO NEW YORK! Better yet, I’m not! Crisis averted.

I think I’m starting to lose the romance of travel. Maybe I’m just getting older. Maybe I’m not feeling well. Maybe I really miss my little woobiemonster. (That would be Reggie.) Maybe having MS is making me slow down a little, too. Travel isn’t as much fun as it used to be.

All I know is that I have an exit row aisle seat, 36 channels of DirecTV at my seat, and my Bose headphones. What does concern me is that I haven’t eaten much all day because my stomach has been weak. Lets hope I do okay on the flight home.
