I’m looking at a new place to live on Sunday. The owner had responded to my ad on Craigslist. I think she likes the idea of not having to show it to a bazillion people. What I like is that this woman owns the condo but had to move for work. Rather than just rent it out as an investment property, I think she wants to be able to move back some day. So she’s looking for someone who will take care of it. I’m totally cool with this.
My friend Liz says it’s an okay neighborhood but not great. Compared to the drug dealers across the street from me now, can it really be that bad?
