Cauliflower

I tried something new tonight. I had a head of cauliflower that needed something done with it. So I thought I’d roast it. I pulled it apart into smaller pieces, dunking the crowns into some olive oil and then dusting them with salt and pepper. I roasted them at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.

This was really good. In retrospect, it could have used a lot more salt. It completely soaked up the salt. A touch of cheese could have been good, too.
