I was watching Throwdown with Bobby Flay today when he challenged a woman from Boston to a sticky bun throwdown. She’s the owner of Flour Bakery and Cafe in the South End.
Flour is one of my favorite places in the south end. We go there somewhat frequently, and just last week, we had a birthday cake from there. In fact, I yelped it a while back.
Bobby got his ass kicked. While I’ve never had the sticky sticky buns, their other stuff is amazing.
