My downstairs neighbor’s (not directly under me) has been asked to move out. This is the dumb shit who has two dogs that he won’t keep on a leash nor train well.
I’d be lying if I said I was disappointed about this. The guy doesn’t clean up after his dogs, and he lets them run free off a leash.
