The plane is called “Here’s Looking at Blue, Kid” and I’m at the gate, waiting for my flight. The plane just came in from Long Beach, and we should be ready to go.
Airport security didn’t question my little cooler containing the lunch I packed. So what’s on the menu?
* Tomato basil pasta salad
* prosciutto and genoa salami with goat cheese and crackers
* chopped yellow pepper
* sliced strawberries
Not a bad little lunch, if you ask me. I packed a fork but didn’t bring a plastic knife. There should be a place to get one here in the terminal but the only place open at the moment is Dunkin’ Donuts.
