Easy Connections

I hope I don’t jinx myself by writing this.

One of my favorite airports on the planet is Pittsburgh. I know that airport like the back of my hand. Besides to being close to “home”, it’s really easy to make a connection there. I’ve made tight connections in very short periods of time. The airport has two terminals, airside and landside, with a people mover between them. Terminals A-D are airside and terminal E is landside. All of the US Airways turboprops use terminal E. Everything else use terminals A through D.

Tomorrow, on my way to Nashville, I have a connection in Pittsburgh. My BOS-PIT flight comes into A6, and my PIT-BNA flight leaves from A9. No, it doesn’t get much easier than that.  This is good. My layover is very brief, 42 minutes.
