I’m watching Iron Chef America on the Food Network, and tonight it’s Battle Bacon! I never know where these guys come up with their ideas. I do hope Bobby Flay wins.
Tomorrow’s lunch is ready to go. I cooked up the rosemary-lime-mustard chicken and put it over a bed of rice. There are four chicken tenders and about a cup of rice. That should be a decent lunch.
Reggie and I have eaten almost the entire pint of blueberries this evening. They’re good ones, too. Reggie loves blueberries.
