I get a shipment of coffee from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters every month. As my friend Beth says, “Life is too short to drink crap coffee.” Well, they send it via FedEx ground every six weeks. I’m trying to figure this situation out.
On Thursday, they didn’t leave it at my house because nobody was home to sign for it. Fine. On Friday morning, I signed the little tag that said to leave it on the stoop. They didn’t leave it, yet the tracking says they didn’t leave it because nobody was home. This morning, I found a box on my stoop. Oddly, the tracking says that they left it because no signature was required. If no signature was required, why didn’t they leave it on Thursday when they made the first delivery attempt?
