Crystal Reports

I got a call from Rob Wall at Motis. The client hired someone else at the last minute. He said he’d keep looking for me. I reiterated that I have skills in four different technologies and would take a job doing any. I reminded him that Crystal Reports developers were always in demand. He sounded surprised that I’d do that. I reminded him that my short term projects tend to be longer-term because the clients want to keep me doing other stuff. Besides, once I’m living up there, it’ll give me the opportunity to be a little more selective with jobs.

I’ve been bouncing e-mails with Kerriann Kreuz from Hollister Technology. She’s looking for a senior Crystal Reports developer. We did some tweaking of my resume so it would work for the client. The only drawback is that the job is in Waltham, MA. But again, that will get me up there, and then I can be more selective about jobs.
